RCEC (Roseland Cinema and Entertainment Center) is bringing live theater to the big screen! Helen Mirren is Queen Elizabeth spanning her entire life and focuses on her weekly meetings with Prime Ministers from 1952 till the play opened in London in 2013 and on Broadway in 2015. As ‘Time Out’ said “Whether you know your 20th-century Parliamentary history or simply get an Anglophile high from tea service and footmen in livery, Mirren rules in this engaging and humanizing retrospective.”
Encore screenings feature a live performance recorded during the original run of the production in London’s West End in 2013, and feature the original West End cast.
Tickets for the play are available for $15. A ticket is good for either Sunday showing of “The Audience”, 10/16 from 6:30 – 9:30 or October 23rd from 2:30 – 5:30. Don’t miss RCEC’s premier of live theater on the big screen! Get your tickets at the Book Bin or the Blarney Stone.
